Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. What this service is
Lattice AI Research Pte. Ltd. ("Lattice", "we", "us") publishes the 2026 AI Industry Brief and weekly research updates ("the Brief") — independent AI industry research and investor education delivered via WhatsApp. By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. Not financial advice
The Brief is general informational content only. Nothing in it is financial advice, a solicitation, or an individual recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We hold no licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to give financial advice. Any investment decision you make is yours alone.
3. What we send you
By registering your name and WhatsApp number, you consent to receive the Brief and the weekly research update at the number you provided. You can leave the list at any time by replying with a stop word or sending us a message.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep them current. You are responsible for any activity initiated from your number. If you believe your details have been misused, contact us promptly.
5. No guarantee of outcome
The Brief describes an analytical framework. It does not predict prices, guarantee returns, or endorse any specific security. Markets carry risk, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Intellectual property
The Brief, the framework, and all related content remain the property of Lattice AI Research. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the Brief without written consent. Personal use is permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lattice is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Brief. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted in the Brief or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the WhatsApp number that delivered your Brief, or to our registered address. See the footer of this page.
